Cutting and Bending
Our armature workshop has modern and automated machines, especially dedicated to the cutting and custom-made shaping of concrete reinforcing bars (moulders, straighteners, shears, etc.).
Depending on the needs of the sites, we offer a range of diameters ranging from 6mm up to 40mm. In addition, and thanks to the variety of forms of shaping that we can provide, your architects will finally be able to push their creative limits to the limit.
Feasible shades :
- Wirerod FeE500 weldable
- Wirerod FeE400 weldable
- Round to smooth concrete: FeE215 – FeE235
Feasible dimensions :
- Diameters (mm): 06 to 12 mm. Round ribbed concrete.
- Diameters (mm): 5.5 to 12 mm. Round to smooth concrete.
Packaging :
- Crowns conditioned in spools.
- Crowns are ligated by links 04 ligatures in wire rod.
- A label attached to each reel has all the information about the product.
- Traceability of all produced crowns.
